When you started your business, did you have a vision on where it would go, the impact you could have on society, the freedom of being your own boss? You knew your ideas were great and you wanted to share those with the world. You had an understanding of how business was supposed to work. You studied and read what you could, talked to people to get educated, and finally pulled the trigger and did it. Only now you are discovering this is not as easy as it seems. As a small business owner, often you are serving in all aspects of the business; marketing, sales, accounting, human resource management and so much more. Your ambitious dreams slowly get put on the back burner as your short-term goal is now simply to survive, rather than thrive. Long-term though, you still have those goals in mind; hoping one day you will be able to break free and succeed. You begin asking yourself. What do these other companies have that I don't? Why do they succeed, while I struggle? Are they just lucky or in the right place at the right time? No! These companies succeed because they know where they lack in knowledge and they ask for help. No successful company in the world has one sole person that does it all and knows everything. Instead, they are surrounded by people who can step in and give advice, and work together to build a stronger company. Oftentimes, this team consists of people to help create marketing ideas to advance your product and your vision and people to help oversee your financials, train your accounting team, or just aid in accounting advice. You don't have to do this alone, but why choose us to help? Well, our company Vice President grew up in a business environment. His parents, grandparents, and many of his extended family owned successful businesses. Our CEO also grew up in business. Her parents and grandparents both owned multiple small businesses. Together we have grown up in the small business world, soaking up information in a vast array of business types. We now own two businesses ourselves. One of which, this one, is dedicated to helping businesses small and large succeed in their vision. We have combined our years of knowledge in marketing, sales, public speaking, finances, and business strategy to give back to those who have a vision for a better future. We know you have great ideas and should focus on making your product or providing your service. Let us focus on the rest and together, that vision can become a reality.
