The Power of Communication Training Series (Session 1)

Whether at work, home, or out with friends, effective communication is key to our every day life. This session will have two parts with part one focused on using effective written and verbal communications in the workplace. This includes email etiquette, presentation tips, and how to run a productive meeting.

The second part of this session will dive into non-verbal communications. You will learn the secrets of reading people's body language to understand what they are truly thinking. You will learn how to read the non-verbals of your clients and how understanding body language can help you provide better customer service. When you are finished with this training, you will have skills needed to build strong relationships with your colleagues and clients, and know how to respond in any situation. You will be amazed at what you can do through the Power of Communication.
